I have had my Fitbit for about 2-3 months now. I cannot get my Sense Controls to stay connected with my bluetooth on my phone. Sometimes it will stay connected for an hour or two. Sometimes I connect and it only stays connected for a minute or less and automatically disconnects. Connecting is never an issue. Getting the Sense Controls to stay connected is the problem. I have Notifications allowed on the app and I never turn my bluetooth off on my phone. It's SUPER frustrating. I have an iPhone SE Model MX9M2LL/A.
Best AnswerYes, same! I wanted to be able to get text messages, phone calls and be waterproof. I am glad to know that I am not the only one, but sad for you because it is SUPER frustrating. It will literally connect for a minute or less and disconnect. So I still get ZERO notifications on my Sense. I might as well go back to the dinosaur I had. It's the same thing, just not as fancy.
I have and iPhone 6s Plus and I too got frustrated that the sense controls will not stay connected.
The key is they are not supposed to stay connected. They connect when a call comes in or notifications. Forgive me if you have the manual or gone through these steps but make sure you have done these steps and you should be able to get the functions you want.

Best AnswerRecently my sense controls have refused to pair. It's a couple times a week that the connection is lost and refuses to reconnect
Have to reset everything as though the tracker is a new unit. Bluetooth is always on on my phone. Tracker is the problem
