I bought the sense because my previous fitbit was not counting steps but Ijust climbed seven flights and my new sense recorded three flights of stairs. Usually my weekly totals are from 50,000 steps and 15 to 20 flights of stairs daily. All of my data carried forward is wrong. Frustrated.

I'm sorry. It is a very sophisticated device and I am not a very savvy electronics user.
