Sense Dead

Bought 2 senses in August 2021. (One for me, one for my fiancee) Mine still works fine but hers is completely dead. Tried everything including cleaning contacts but it's still not working. Definitely not the charging cable as mine charges fine. Sounds like there is some defective senses out there. Very disappointed, if the 2nd one goes down I’ll be much more than disappointed.

Hi @Kenfitsense - things to double check which may have done,

  • that when cleaning you clean wellin the 4 contact holes on the back of the watch, use a magnifying glass to check 
  • That you try both watches on both charge cables, the cables can have different tolerances, and watches too, which can change over time
  • After charging an hour on both cables check if the watch syncs with the app
  • Whether the watch got wet, the seals aren't great and water can get in
  • Whether the watch gets hot when charging, stop immediately if it does, internal damage has occurred
  • If it has been on both chargers for an hour, Press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds,
  • Whether your warranty is still valid, 2 years or more in some countries
