Bought my Fitbit Sense in June 2021. It’s now completely dead after 1 year 8 months. I’ve tried everything suggested, more than once. Nothing. Pins on charger all have good spring action, all cleaned on charger and watch, tried multiple outlets, held button for 10 seconds plus many times. Nothing! Let’s just say, I definitely wouldn’t buy another Fitbit, ever! Totally disappointed!

Mine just did the same thing. Died with a 45% charge and won't come on or charge either. Did you get any resolution?

Exact same issue and tried exactly what you did and was recommended. Completely dead and wont charge. I bought in August 2021. Any response from fitbit on the case?

Hi @Kenfitsense @Ophelia84 - do check the cleaning thoroughly with a magnifying glass and the charge cable which often fail, see how How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If when you are charging the device gets hot stop immediately as it is dangerous.
