Hello, I have a problem with my fitbit Sense watch. I did not have any EKG/EKG app installed on my watch. I can't find the app in the gallery either. I tried shutting down the app, restarting the app, clearing the app history. At the same time, the application is updated. Can you advise me how to proceed? I am from Slovakia. My country setting is Czech Republic. But nothing changes even if I choose USA. WELL THANK YOU

Thanks for the details provided, and every step tried prior to posting. Before anything else, let me explain the ECG app is available in select countries where it's been approved its usage. To see the list of countries where this app is supported, click here.
Currently Slovakia isn't part of the list, and for this reason it won't be possible to install this app on your Sense. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. Please know we'll keep working to hard to bring this app to Fitbit users across the world.
