Since the firmware update last week the ECG function disappeared from my sense. I bought de sense mainly for this function. Are new firmware releases not tested before release? How do ik get it back. Reset does not help

I fixed the problem in the mean time by deleting the ECG app via my iPhone App and after that reinstalling it. It works again. Why it disappeared after the update I don’t know

Hi there, @RoosterBob.

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well as sharing the steps that worked for you. Because of the firmware update, some apps and features of your watch might have been removed so you can install them from scratch. However, this shouldn't happen again.

 

I appreciate your efforts and I'm sure other members experiencing similar issues will find your post very helpful.
