Over the past few days, my ECG readings are not being stored in my Heart Assessment area. My Sense sometimes says something about going to the fitbit app to save previous data or it will be lost but I can’t see anywhere to save it. I have synced my device and switched my sense and phone on and off. Anyone have any ideas? TIA

@Mrs.AJ, you need to follow a process to create the PDF file that is saved for your viewing or exporting to your doctor, etc.
Start the process by selecting the Discover icon at the bottom of the app screen, then scroll down to select Assessments & Reports:
Then select Heart Rate Assessment:
Then click on View Results:
On the next screen, select a result of the tests:
The select Export a PDF for your doctor:
This will create the PDF file, and you will receive a "Got It" link to click on to finish the process. After that, you can view and past results.

The results are sent to your account after you select the Done at the end of the ECG reading and the Sense is synced. If the ECG was completed, Done was tapped, and the Sense synced, I don't know why the results would not be there.
Best AnswerSorry it’s blurry, but this message keeps appearing, too. I keep syncing but it makes no difference. I’ll maybe just re boot everything and see if that works. Thank you for your help.

Best AnswerI am having the same issue. The ECG function will work properly on the Sense, but new ECG readings are no longer available after Feb. 2021 in the iPhone Fitbit app. Please advise.
My last ECG reading from my Sense that was saved in the app was on 2/24/22. I am getting the same warning on the Sense (that I need to open the app). I do that but any new readings are not getting put onto the app. I restarted the Sense. Please help.
Hi all, I have a Sense and so does a friend of mine and her ECG data no longer shows within the app and she has the same message on the screen as the picture shown above.
I've reset the device, cleared cache and data in app, removed Sense from the account, uninstalled the app, rebooted the phone, re-signed into the app, re-connected the Sense to the account and the latest ECG data will not appear within the app!! the last ECG data was in 2023 and this user has paid membership within fitbit to monitor her cardiac condition.
I have also read that fitbit did a recall on some of the Sense devices because of an issue with the ECG - some 900 devices world wide had the issue, but how do you know if your device is the dodgy one?
Fitbit can you please update this thread please.
