Sense HR Monitor not accurate

Had the Ionic which I loved but went to the Sense cause of the recall. The HR monitor is a joke. 30 minutes or circuit training and I was below zone the whole time??!! The highest it got was 118bpm and the was during the warmup. What a joke!

Fitbit, you know about the ongoing issue. Either fix it or give us a refund!!

Details and instructions were worthless. Hopefully they come up with a fix to this well known issue soon. If not, this thing is nothing more than a paperweight.

In this case, since you already tried all the basic steps shared in the forums to improve accuracy, it would be necessary to continue the assistance process with the Support team so they can let you know how to proceed. Customer service says they are aware of the issue.  Basically the heart rate tracking is terrible for exercising.   Only had watch for 3 months and fitbit will not do anything. I doubt it ever gets fixed.  False advertising if you ask me.

For any additional information about this, I recommend that you continue the communication with the Support team, since all the troubleshooting steps shared in the forums have been exhausted.

Is this really the response…. We know there is a problem… but too bad so sad….. I bought this watch specifically so I could track my workouts and heart rate and I’m having the same problem with my sense….. I can be doing a hard core workout, pushing the limit, sweat pouring, mouth breathing …and my watch says I’m at 99 .  I’ve tried different positions on my wrist etc … nothing helps. My much cheaper Fitbit did a much better job. Which is disappointing to say the least since this watch was twice as much.
