Sense Heart Rate Data different at SAME time points

When I look up my Heart Rate that’s recorded under Exercise, Heart Rate and Sleep the Heart Rates measured are significantly different at the SAME Exact times.  Why would that be.  When I check real time with a pulsimeter the heart rate Sense collects is pretty accurate.  So why would the data it stored under the different functions be so different at the same exact points in time?
