Sense Heart Rate is not accurate

Sense not worth the money.  My Versa 2 was very accurate especially with heart rate.  The sense is never correct and runs at least 10 points or more higher than it actually is.

I think Fitbit have decided to come up with loads of ideas without actually getting each feature to actually work properly. This is very evident in their Sense.

Hello @23MEOWS Welcome to the Community Forums!

@Bauer24 Thanks for your feedback! Your comments are very appreciated since it helps to work on improvements.

@23MEOWS Several factors can affect your Heart Rate, including age, sex, sleep quality, stress, and lifestyle choices, such as nutrition and exercise. For more information about Heart Rate, I recommend taking a look at these links:

How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

On a side note, if you haven't done so, I recommend performing a restart by doing the steps here

Keep me posted.

This canned response is getting tired.

It's as if they just have bots replying. I wear both an Apple Watch 5 and a Fitbit Sense. In my opinion the Fitbit smartphone app is hands down far superior and most of the metrics are close, particularly the trends, but Fitbit has failed miserably with the heart rate monitor. And there are so many other metrics that depend on the heart rate data. Fitbit seems to be in total denial about the issues.
