Sense - Heart beat reading while not being worn

Hello guys

When I don't wear my fitbit sense, sometimes I can see the censor lights of heart beat on, also on the app I can see the heart beat around 90 even if I don't wear it. What shall I do?

Hi @KevinRam - the watch needs to use the sensor to see if it is being worn and in so doing may register a heart rate, and also the app may show the last value if it is not syncing.

The two options are to wear the Sense or from the watch settings menu do a Shutdown but sync it first.

How can I shut it down?

@KevinRam- to shutdown after a sync, swipe the watch face to the left, select Settings, scroll to the bottom, click Shut Down and confirm.

Place on charge or push the button till it vibrates to start it again.
