I have used the Sense watch since they came out and have been disappointed. The first one had all sorts of issues and completely died after the update.
The second watch I didn't update for this reason. It never had accurate readings, but at least it had readings. The second watch just cleared my watch face choice and then it took forever to charge. Then it stoped reading sleep, spO2, heartrate, etc.... I reset the watch and still the same. I decided
to do the update and it still doesn't read anything. The green flashing lights on the back of the watch don't come on anymore either.
Basically, it is a single-use time keeper now. This may stop also, who know? To sum it up, the Sense has been a poor product from day one.

Been having problems since November. This is the reply today.
For this, your Fitbit doesn't have any issues, but the issue lies from our end which currently our engineers are working on. Replacing the Fitbit at this time with another device, will not solve the said issue and is not a defect of the current device you have.
The only way to sort this out is by having our engineers finish working on the issue that is currently at hand which they are hard on getting restored as soon as possible.
We are looking forward to your understanding about this matter.

Hi,
Do you work for Google? Are you saying that Google has a software issue with the sense controls?
Just wanted to clarify this,
Thanks

Thanks 😊
Wow, too bad. I think the Sense is just not going to be a working device. I so wanted it to work out, but I am moving on. It has never worked properly since I purchased it.
Good luck
