I am still waiting on Customer Services to solve my issue after a week.
My new Sense is synced to the App downloaded on my computer. Syncs no bother. Watch responds with a tick to confirm Sync completed, yet the screen still remains on 'To start download the fitbit app'.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling app. I have reset app.
PLEASE help me!!

Hi, @McKeown welcome to the community, it's unclear to me how you have your "Sense" set up. May I draw your attention to these articles How do I set up my Fitbit device? , Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? this video demonstrates the process How to Set Up Fitbit Sense (Step-by-Step) - YouTube.
Most phones work with Fitbit devices and this article provides information & guidance.
