@JohnWells are you trying to post a photo, or screen shot? Your posts seem to have no data. 

Are you saying that the Sense only displays the Fitbit icon.

Hi, @JohnWells , no photo attached to your post. Look in the taskbar at the top of the reply page>click the camera image>choose files>open (they must be smaller than 3072K)

Hi, @JohnWells, we still do not see any images in the posts. If you are using a Samsung Galaxy you can't use the "Share" mechanism to post photos here, you must use the camera icon as described earlier. If you are not able to post a picture please describe your problem in words. If English is not your first language please post here in your preferred language and we will try and sort it out for you (Only English is normally supported here but other boards supporting German, French, Italian, Japanese and Korean are available and we can use Google translate if necessary)

There are quite a few experienced community members here ready to help.

Mine is doing the same thing only since last night. The Fitbit logo displays only and nothing else is showing on the screen. Is there a way to reset the sense or can someone offer some help here please?

Mine is doing the same. Won't turn on at all. Screen is black. Would vibrate yesterday but not now (I think it may have died now it was at 45%) but can't even get it to vibrate to reset.

Hi, @JohnWells, It is still unclear what your problem is as you have not been able to post pictures or explain it in words. I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here and recommend you use Chat or the phone for a prompt response.
