Sense NOT working Screen on logo, back no lights

Very frustrated Fitbit user, 4th Fitbit bough, previously had the Charge then bought 2 Fitbit Sense. 

Both have failed multiple times.

Current one, i have tried everything:

  1. drained the battery
  2. attached it to charger
  3. 0% comes on.
  4. then to logo
  5. no lights on back
  6. reset doesn't work.

Customer service have not been helpful and i am at my final tether of probably moving to a Garmin.

Mine started same thing yesterday.reboot doesn't work either.had watch 13 months. Tried turning off Bluetooth and rest...nothing. 😕

Convenient... 13 months. 1 month after your warranty expired.  Mine bricked at 14 months. I just posted the same issue.

I went to the company help desk and they approved sending me a
replacement...refurbished...free in mail within 24 hrs.
