My sense stopped syncing 15 hours ago. It was showing bug details then straight to fitbit logo and has not moved no lights on at back of watch....
<span;>I’ve done it all (deleted and redownloaded app, Bluetooth on and off, unpaired, removed all other devices, tried alternative plugs to charge, not showing any signs other than fitbit logo, turned phone off/on, etc.). I now have a device that I can't get past the logo so frustrating... And this is the replacement I was sent earlier this year.
