Hello, over the last week my watch has failed to track sleep. I have had the watch since July 2023 and occasionally had a night here and there but it's now consistently not tracking. I have researched all of the comments and feedback and I have tried all of the things - cleaned the sensors twice, restarted app twice, the app is updated, restarted watch twice, sleep sensitivity is on, I wear it firm on my wrist 2 fingers above my wrist bone. Everything else on the watch is working and my heart rate is being tracked.
Is this an app issue since the big update or could there be something wrong with my watch?
Thanks in advance.
I would agree that this is an issue with the new FitBit app and not related to any specific watch model. My wife & I have different model watches and have both had 1 night of inaccurate sleep recorded ever since updating the FitBit app. Everything is working fine for us now, but we did have inaccurate sleep data right after updating the app.
Me too! I wake hoping it’s fixed!

I don't think it will be fixed by itself. FitBit will need to push a new app update to the Play Store / App Store with a fix for this bug.
I too have been having a problem with my Sense recording my sleep. Immediately after the new software update. Obviously, that is what I suspect is causing the problem. I hope Fitbit fixes this fairly quickly, because my main reason for having a smartwatch is to track my sleep. As an insomniac, this is very important to me.
Thank you for any help Fitbit can provide.
