Sense - Not showing all my data

Its not loading all my data - my sleep, my walks etc. Starting to think its a waste of money!

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with your Sense. 

Please, try to follow the steps listed below:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

Tap on the sleep tile under recovery to open up the details, wait a second, then see if your sleep data pops up.

This is a bug that started a couple of app updates ago, along with screwy step count and not being able to read the white letters on the light gray background in the food log.

Obviously Google isn’t interested in fixing it.
