Sense Notifications not working, it could be in Do not Disturb

Hi FItbit fam,

 

If your notifications are not working, swipe right and click on the moon icon. It may mean your device is on Do Not Disturb. It can happen occasionally, try this before you spend countless hours on the phone/chat tech support. My sense was dim, could not change anything in the setting menu. Check first, it will save you alot of time.
