I've been having Sense for a while now and shortly after I learned more about it, the notifications started to act up. I see blank notifications with sometimes just the logo of the app the notification is from, like the iMessage, WhatsApp, or Calendar. When that happens, clicking on Clear All never works; and I have to delete each notification individually, except for the blank ones they cannot be deleted. It doesn't happen to any specific app notification but to anything and at random times. The only way to fix it is to restart the watch, which is very annoying as I'd need to do that multiple times a day. I use an iPhone 13 mini. Sense recently got an update and I was hoping that it'd solve this problem, but it didn't.
Also, when I receive a call, I pick up the call on my phone yet Sense keep vibrating and showing the received call. I don't want to switch to Apple Watch just because of this notifications issue but it's very annoying.

Try restarting both the phone and the sense.
if not done so already.

Restarting Sense solves it but only for a few hours or maximum a day. Then the same thing happens again. It never stops.
