Received Fitbit Sense in Mid-October as a gift. The SPO2 feature is important to me as a former cardiac patient. Data recording overnight simply stopped on 12/03/22 without any change in settings made by me. Using Fitbit's "SpO2 Waveform" clock face. Sense is paired with Android (ver. 13) Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G. The O2 sensor reading is now always " --% ". Any thought on how to resolve? Thank you in advance.
My Last reading was Dec.9!!!!! Somethings up.....
Edit.
I went and shut down the watch and while watch was off forced stopped the ap on my phone, then started the Watch and then reopened the App and all data is there.
Carry on.

Best AnswerTried restart, uninstall and install SPO2 clockface. Nothing. SPO2 shows on the watch in the morning but it does not sync to phone (s10e).
Best AnswerHave tried everything suggested by all of the people trying to help ... There's only ONE reasonable conclusion to draw: Fitbit has decided that the Sense is a "planned obsolescence" product and they have no interest in responding to this issue ... They appear to be all about getting Sense owners to upgrade to Sense 2 ... And they should be ashamed by it ... VERY frustrating and embarrassing for them ... But heck, they got our money already ...
nah, if you look in the Sense 2 forums, then you will find people with the same problem. They cant even fix the issue with people in time zones like Australia, Japan getting the data dated with previous day. A more likely explanation is that the programmers have left the room.
