Sense Pair issue

Had to factory reset my sense as I am having issues syncing with the app due to some 3rd party app issue. Now I cannot pair the sense device to my mobile.

 

Any suggestions? I tried to contact support but their li k ia not working. 🥺

Hi @Ajava - try removing the Bluetooth entries from the phone and logout of the Fitbit App..

Restart both watch and phone, then in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Setup a Device" as you will need to start from scratch after a factory reset.
