Is anyone else experiencing this due to the Readiness Score updates? Or is it just dying all of a sudden? So frustrating I’ve been a Fitbit users for a long time. Will Fitbit send a replacement device?

My husband and I both have a Fitbit Sense - the readiness score does not show up.  We've been tracking our sleep for over 130 days. I've chatted with Fitbit and no one has contacted me since. Any updates on this?

Hi, @vegget! This is unlikely to be related to the readiness score changes. That didn't update any firmware on your device, that was an app-based change. I would definitely suggest you get in touch with support and see if there's anything to do, but what they can do is limited, especially if you're outside of your warranty period.

@vegget @MakMak  @Kickboxer2 ! Thank you for your messages and report. I've merged your posts, as the issue sees to be the same and to keep the Community in order.

This issue should be solved by now. Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit App installed.
After the update of your app, restart your phone ( off/on )

Afterwards please follow the instructions described here: How do I set up daily readiness as an existing readiness user?

Mine is still not working.

Hi @JuanFitbit @if you had read the post that you merged into this one from @vegget, it had nothing to do with not getting readiness scores, it had to do with their device stopping working. An update to the readiness score would not fix this issue.

Thanks for getting back  to us @Kickboxer2, @MakMak. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

@vegget, I had Premium and then it expired and Readiness Score was no available for everyone. Now, it is slowly being released for everyone for free but noticed that there's a message that says that it  will be available in the next 7 days.  Are you still getting that message? Fitbit will not send  replacement devices for this situation.

@Kickboxer2, I'm sorry that you didn't get a response for your chat query. Currently there's no a time frame of when this feature will be available for everyone. I just  noticed that the message of the 7 nights no longer shows up on my account  and I already have my Readiness Score.

Thank you for your interaction @MakMak

I'm not getting any messages. So frustrating that doesn't work. My steps/
miles are off too. Today I have almost 11,000 steps and only 3.14 miles.
Maybe it's good Fitbit is going away

Thanks for getting back to us and for your patience @Louj59. App version 4.27 is not yet available for everyone.

Please bear with us a little more.

Hi AndreaFitbit, I have app version 4.27 and still no readiness scores daily. I got readiness scores only twice last week. The week before only once. I am a premium customer and expect daily scores. One of the main reasons I went premium was for the readiness score as I have a medical condition. I'm up to date with app version and it still doesn't work properly so I'm starting to wondering why am I paying for this subscription.

I waited and waited, then one day last week it just appeared 😃 rolling out bit at a time. I love it.

Hi MB555,

That's great news about you starting to get your readiness scores 😀 I'm wondering if you are getting your readiness score daily by now as I haven't had one since 22 October 2024 and am trying to gauge whether to keep my subscription or not. Thanks

Hi there
I am getting a daily score every day but this is the one Fitbit started as
free. I've never had a paying subscription.
