I just earned my 10-year badge with Fitbit! ... and ...
I'm saddened to share that I've gone to another Smartwatch device and platform. I wonder when Fitbit and Google will make us whole on THEIR updating error that turned many (if not most?) Sense devices into bricks?
Sounds like a recall is in order.

I’m in the same boat. Are you willing to share what brand you chose to replace Fitbit? My phone is android, but my iPad is iOS. I use both to sync, but mostly the iPad. I haven’t found another brand that will allow both android and iOS, and also includes ECG readings. But Fitbit is no longer reliable, so I must change.

I also use an Android Phone and an Apple Laptop. I got a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro for Xmas. It's an adjustment, but I'm getting used to it. The watch syncs well with my phone (which is also a Samsung), but I've not used it with my Macbook Pro yet. I did an ECG reading yesterday and it worked well. So far, so good!

I just got my ten year badge today and my watch went into a stuck logo going on and off, unable so far to fix it. My brother had a Garmin that never gave him trouble for more than five years! Sadly, I may need to switch to a different brand with similar features as Sense 2, as well.

Well my sense went to brick loop a same week as you guys. I got that 35% discount which can only be used on Fitbit and on certain devices. Example I can’t use it on charge 6 but I can on charge 5! Okay that is fine….one issue the site doesn’t have it for sale. Therefore, I can’t purchase it! So my sense is bricked loop and I am stuck in customers service loop
i asked if I can use my discount on another site.. take a guess….no I can’t
I should just take this as a sign to walk away from Fitbit after 9 years!

J-c I feel your pain! Fitbit was great until google took over! I do not know if I am willing to pay for another device that can crap out at anytime! Then have to deal with customer service loop!

My sense is also stuck in a reboot loop: 'swipe down to activate app' in every language except common sense. What'd happened here?

Wait until you speak with customer service, if you are not within your warranty you get 35% discount code for new device. If you complain they apologize then tell you the same thing. I am calling it the CS loop!

My last call to customer support was Jan 2, 2024. Actually got a rep who acknowledged that the app was creating the issues, and he had no idea when it would be addressed. He walked me thru the setup (again) and lo and behold it worked!! Whoops, it worked for 22 hrs, then lost connectivity again. I’m not gonna go thru the factory reset and set up process every day just to use my watch that worked fine before app version 4.
