Sense Rebooting Bug?

This happened a couple of years ago with my first Sense. It would reboot over and over again. After going back and forth with Google and the Better Business Bureau, Google sent me a new one. That one is doing the same thing now.

I am looking to see if anyone still has a Sense and if they have had similar problems.

Last night (about 17h ago), I noticed that the screen of my Fitbit Sense appeared frozen while displaying the Fitbit logo. I connected the device to power using the charging cable and went to bed. This morning, screen was still frozen on Fitbit logo, and I further observed that the device was unable to sync with the Fitbit app on my iPhone. I kept device connected to power and performed a forced restart, which seemed to resolve the issues (i.e., device fully loaded my selected watch face and it sync'd with the Fitbit iPhone app). However, the issue recurred within a couple hours after that. I performed another forced restart and then noticed that the Fitbit logo would appear for 5-10 seconds, then disappear with screen black for 5-10 seconds, which repeated over and over. Is this what you are observing as the Fitbit "rebooting over and over again"? For me, this lasted for a few minutes following the forced restart, and now the Fitbit logo is displaying continuously again [like it did for me last night and this morning] and I am unable to sync the device with the Fitbit app.

Anyone else having similar issues with their Fitbit Sense?

Thank you for your response to @e1rnesto. I tried all the steps you mentioned including changing the watch face, but I'm still unable to sync and with device screen frozen at Fitbit logo. Any other thoughts?
