Sense Reboots after my Run Exercise app turns off

I recently purchase the Sense to upgrade from versa 2. I run every morning and after a few minutes my sense exercise app begins, i hit the play button. just when i am slowing down at 4 or 5 miles my watch reboots and shows the fitbit logo on the screen, causing my zone minutes and steps on the watch display are just tad off from the app. Not a huge deal but can this be fixed ? or how to fix this issue ?

Hi @Abrown9857 . Nice to see you around. Thank you for your report. 

 

Please make sure that during the activity your wrist doesn't press the button of the Sense unintentionally. If so this could explain the situation. When the button is pressed for 10 seconds the Sense will restart. 

 

Please try to wear it a bit higher on the wirst and/or a bit looser.
