Sense Settings: Display Mode not lighting up

When I go in to the Display Mode, I cannot select anything. All the text is dimmed and I can barely see the content but I know it’s there. Frustrating that I can’t change brightness or turn this to always on, screen wake etc.

And famous user error. Watch has been on sleep mode and I didn’t realize!

Thank you for sharing this information about your Fitbit Sense and confirming that you were able to resolve it by disabling the Sleep Mode feature that automatically makes the screen darker.
