After 6 weeks of using a new Sense the sleep monitoring function still does not work properly - just showing data for 20 mins to 5 hours on occasional nights. I have tried putting the Sense on both wrists, turned so faces inwards, up and down the wrist, tight and loose, turning off and rebooting. This also means no oxygen monitoring at all, despite changing to the SpO2 clockface. The skin temperature monitoring has only rarely worked. This is my first experience with Fitbit and pretty bad - just like Samsung watches (and unlike Apple) it's great marketing but unreliable products.

Hi, @Baidun , welcome to the community, may I draw your attention to a little light reading on HR & sleep tracking How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? I apologise if you have already seen these articles. Do you have any tattoos or scarring in the areas you place your device? The LED/ sensor arrays sometimes struggle to get readings from the skin layer that is inked in a tattoo
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi, I have checked those articles thanks. I have no tattoes, just the normal hairs.

Hi, @Baidun, thanks for your update, on the basis that you have followed through on the links I previously posted may I suggest you try the following experiment. Ask a friend or family member to wear your Sense at night (all night), do not change anything in the settings or on your phone app. Let me know if you get a sleep score and graph.
If you are a very restless sleeper you may not be sleeping for the minimum 3 hours needed to create data.
Cheers

Thanks. Yes the sleep and O2 funcations do work fine for my son. I am probably more restless than average when sleeping. How can I get to convince the Sense that I am sleeping ?

Hi, @Baidun, thanks for your feedback, you are not the first person to discover sleep tracking works for someone else but not for you. I suggest you test out the following setting. Go to your on-line dashboard, click the settings gear wheel in the top right corner then the "Sense" tile, at the bottom of the screen you will see "sleep Tracking" with options of "sensitive" or "normal". Change it to whichever option is not checked and try it out yourself for a couple of nights.
If you look online there are innumerable sites that claim they have the key to a good night's sleep, you may find something that works for you.
Good Luck,
Cheers

Thanks, I had already tried the sensitivity option. I have been using devices for the last 10 years to measure my sleep patterns, it was a major reason why I bought the Sense. But bottom line is that it does not work for people who have restless sleep - who are the very people who need it !

I am having the same problem. They asked me to send a picture of my watch with the SPO2 face and also a screen shot of my SPO2 app. Sent that 2 days ago and still haven't heard back from them. SPO2 not showing up at all again. So disappointed with this watch. And I am not sending it back to them unless they send me a new watch first. I have seen a lot of complaints from people waiting from a week to more than a month and not getting a watch. This watch is too expensive to just send back and hope they send me a new one.
