Sense SpO2 clock face stuck in 12 hour format

Hello, I got a fitbit sense and I got the spO2 stats watch face, and in always on mode it keeps in the 12 hour mode of time that I wish to have, however it is stuck in 24 hour time mode when awake. I have tried setting to 24 hours, waiting for a sync then switching back, but this watch face still has this issue. is there some setting I am missing or another possible fix I could do?

You could try switching back to the standard watch face and see if it is correct.

NB. The SpO2 clock face is not required permanently on a Sense watch as it only shows one average night reading which doesn't change all day.

An alternative is if you want to see the value on the watch instead of the app is to switch to it in the morning then switch to a better face for the rest of time with the correct 12/24 hr display.

You can find the SpO2 value in the Health Metrics in the Fitbit App after its fully calculated in the morning [or on the clock face]. Neither change during the day or night, they change only once after its been calculated.
