I have noticed an issue with the SpO2 data that my Fitbit Sense (original version) is tracking and resulting on the device/tracker itself, but when I look at the Blood Oxygen measurements in the Fitbit app, it says "no data available." All the other metrics are pulling through. I believe I have the correct apps and syncing set up. This has been happening off and on a lot lately. Known issue?

Hi @Sf01 - this may purely be an app issue, swiping it off and in Android clearing the storage cache, force stopping it and restarting the phone may help, unless it is an app bug.
If you see the Sleep and SpO2 information on the watch, the data recorded generally has been synced, uploaded, calculated and returned to the watch for display, so it is unlikely a sync issue
You can verify this by checking the watch display before syncing in the morning (for sure if you turn off Bluetooth or the phone overnight).

Hello @Sf01! Welcome back to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for letting us know about your SpO2 that is not tracking properly.
Keeping in mind that when sleeping the wristband should not be too loose or too tight, try to use your Sense in the other hand for a few nights and remember to have enough charge before going to sleep.
If you need more information please take a look at the help article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Thanks for the feedback, but I think there is some confusion on what I am
reporting. The issue is not with the SpO2 not being tracked/measured - it
is capturing it properly overnight. The issue is that it is not syncing the
data with the app. I can see the readings on my device, but in the app, it
says "no data available." It's a syncing issue between the device and the
app that is of issue and not how and where I am wearing my device on my
wrist.
Thanks,
Sarah

The cache clear, force stop and restart seemed to (hopefully) have done the trick! Thank you for the tip! I have seen it do this before where it will start to show the data in the app again, only for it to stop a few days later. Will keep my fingers crossed, though. While I understand the importance of clearing the cache and restarting my phone from time to time, I shouldn't have to do this every time the app stops capturing 1 data point. If that's the case, then there is an ongoing issue with the app that should be looked into.
