Sense Update can't use apps

I just updated my sense and it seemed like all went well. After it refreshed my clock face no longer shows steps or heart rate, but does show the time. All of my apps are visible, like alarm, or weather, but when I open the apps on the watch they are blank and nothing is shown. I have restarted my watch while charging and not and nothing has fixed the issue. It clearly is still counting my steps because when synced with the phone it has everything there. It just isn't visible on the watch itself. Any thoughts?

Sounds like something is wrong with the clock face you have chosen,or it hasn't been installed correctly. Try to uninstall current clock face, restart device and install clock face "Spectrum".

If the issue persists, try to uninstall / install the failing apps from within Gallery Ap.

If none of those works, perform a factory reset on your sense, and uninstall Fitbit app on your phone. Reconnect Sense to the app.

OBS! DO NOT! DELETE  APP IF ANDROID OS IS VERS 7 OR LOWER"
