Why does my Sense vibrate every few minutes while I’m working out? The past three mornings it has vibrates throughout my spinning workouts and it’s really irritating because I can’t figure out why it’s vibrating or how to disable it.

This is expected behavior, it's not documented as well as it could be.

Under the exercise app on the watch, you can turn this off. So, click and exercise you may launch, then swipe up and turn it off.

It's vibrating as your heart rate rises and falls.  It vibrates when you go from normal to fat burning, fat burning to cardio, cardio to peak, etc.

There's a setting somewhere to turn it off, I imagine.

Have you contacted fitbit about this yet?

It's a bit like Apple products.  Deliberately designed upgrades consume as much battery as possible to encourage product upgrades.  It's a real shame companies are willing to trade profit for environmental damage, but it's become mainstream in big tech.  Turn it off, and remember it will turn back on with every upgrade, and typically they'll make it increasingly complex to stop esp. on older products.

Anyone know if there is a way to keep the notifications off for all exercises or do you have to do it every time? I get the thought of why they have these notifications but they’re really annoying and honestly not helpful at all.

@acook227 You have to turn it off for each exercise. Once you do it the first time, it should stay off though. Not really that hard or time consuming.
