Hi Everyone,
I had bought a Fitbit Sense in Jan,2021 and recently the HR tracking of the fitbit stopped working. I tried all the troubleshooting methods and was referred to the warranty team. The team mentioned that I should buy a new Fitbit as this product is out of warranty.
I am really disappointed to being asked to buy a new product instead of any discounted option provided. My Fitbit is just months out of warranty and I could not extend the warranty due to some personal emergency in the family but this is a horrid experience w.r.to a premium device offered by the Fitbit org.
Can anyone suggest me if there is a way to get Fitbit repaired or replaced because I am sure that the Fitbit team would push me towards buying a new one with no additional discount on offer?
Regards.

I have not heard of repair of a watch being repaired for HR tracking.
I have seen offers of $35 off from Fitbit support.
May want to try support again and ask about the $36 others have received

The heart rate issue is a known problem and they have no idea when or if it will ever be fixed and we all just have a 200 piece of junk now
