My Sense worked well for about a week and how it cannot connect to Wifi or Bluetooth. Each troubleshooting.loop ends in 'try something else'. Fitbit should add a measures % uptime and time spent on troubleshooting. Starting to regret this purchase.

Hi @CPVan what is it that is not working right?
Or what is it that you are trying to do? Is it a sync issue or a notification issue?
WiFi is only used for updating firmware, updating some of the apps, and loading music.
WiFi will only be turned on while the tracker is plugged into its charger and charging.
Bluetooth is mainly used for syncing, notification, and communication between the tracker and the phone.
