I can’t get the Sensi watch to turn on even when I hold my finger on the button for 3 to 5 seconds

Hi @AlbieBack  - this can happen if the watch is not properly charged or has got wet.

Assuming it didn't get wet the most common problem is the charge cable or dirty contacts, see how to resolve this in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi, @AlbieBack, welcome to the community, Your "Sense" is sufficiently waterproof to swim and shower with. In your Fitbit app on your phone sync (slide your finger down the "Today" screen and release, the green horizontal bar will show the progress of the sync) once complete the battery icon in the top right corner will show the state of charge. If the battery is discharged Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  provides advice & guidance. I clean the back of my "Sense" with rubbing alcohol and cotton wool and follow Guy_'s advice on inspecting the 4 little pins on the charging cable. If you still need to "Restart" your "Sense" hold the side button for about 20 seconds and release it when the Fitbit icon appears, after about 35 seconds normal service will resume.

If progress escapes you please post here again.

Cheers
