Sense - Won't charge

My tracker won't charge. When I put it on the charger, the Fitbit logo shows up, but the device won't charge and stays frozen on that screen. I have done a hard shutdown and restart multiple times, but the logo comes back up. The app can't find my device and shows the battery at 0%. Praying this isn't the end of it's life. Any help is appreciated.
