Sense alarm vibration is too weak

The alarm on the Sense is almost useless. It’s not loud enough and its vibrations are so weak you can barely feel them.  Is there anyway they can fix this problem?

Hi @Ron1943  - unfortunately the vibrating is very weak on anything after a Versa 2 and gets weaker as the battery level falls, even when set on strong, and the difference in setting is almost imperceptible. Also the watch plays no sound which doesn't help.
