Sense all wrong

I had this problem with my charge, so I got the new sense. Not only is the heart rates all wrong, so is the zone of activity. 

I do a weights fitness app. Every week same exercises & same amount of weights. Last week (first week with new sense) seemed to be working correctly. This week completely WRONG. I went from having 384 zone minutes for the week to 64!!! I was below zones all week even though my HR was pumping.  I am so upset, because there seems to be no fix and customer service is useless.

I jogged for 25 minutes today, some parts going up hill. the sense registered I only hit peak for 2 minutes, yeah sure...

It has been a pain in the **ahem** but I learned from the active minute challenge a couple weeks ago that if I felt my zones were off a reset of the watch helped. 
For that challenge all week I got 72min. On the last day I reset the sense and rocked out the last minutes properly.

Thanks Drew. I have reset is twice. No change. 😔 I’m wondering if I remove/erase & start over again, maybe that will help.

How do you reset the watch? Ever since I took a mountain trip, my floors climbed have been crazy. I think it’s awesome my watch thinks I do 50+ floors every day, the badges I get are rad and all, but I’m over kidding myself. 

How can I reset this bad boy?

Hold down the button until you get a vibration and a Fitbit logo and you have completed reset. 
For the floors this is a new one and the second sense in my house is doing it too. Resets have not worked on floors glitch.
