My Fitbit Sense keeps dropping Bluetooth connectivity. Every time I sync I need to “forget” and reconnect my device. Very frustrating

Hi @VC64  - this often is caused by a phone setting that is not quite right. Generally it can be caused if the phone closes the Bluetooth or Fitbit App to save battery. A logout and login can also restore things, as can restarting the phone if it hasn't been started recently.

There is a post from LizzyFitbit on the Sense community about this issue. She recommends:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone and any other device nearby.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth only on your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device > Sense > Replace Device.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions and if prompted, accept to pair your watch with your phone.

It worked for me.
