Sense and bands order hasn't arrived

I have ordered Sense and couple of bands for over 2 weeks now and no communication on what's happening to my order..

Thanks.. The support is very limited, returning unwanted or chasing undelivered items is like a dead end.. The only regret I have is not reading Truepilot feedback before placing the order
