Sense band keeps opening

New Sense wristband has opened multiple times. Yes properly attached. Granted physical activity but isn't this a sport's watch. I'm sure much time and research went into it's development, but, the move to this band is a fail. How do I fix my $200 investment? Very disappointed! Purchased this to replace my Versa 2 which I was very pleased with.
