 My lower, receiver, band falls off all the time, for either no reason, or almost every time I put my hand in my pocket.

 

Support doesn't seem to care at all.

Same problem. With much difficulty i managed to contact fitbit and to create a case. The fitbit sites have bugs all over the place.. 😞 

 

Been a fitbit customer for 9yrs and the service was never disappointing. Except now 😞
