Hello,

My Fitbit sense's original bands that it came with are not latching. I took them off to give them a clean, and now when I try to back in they simply won't click into place.

Thanks for letting us know about this situation with your wristband and also for cleaning them.

Can you send me a picture of the band? Also, do you see any damage on the band or does it look normal? Please, confirm you have followed the instructions in this help article.
