EGC app installation issue on Sense

I have had my Sense device for about four months now, I stopped wearing it for about 6 weeks as I moved house and it took a while to find again. Since I have started wearing it again, I noticed the ECG app has been deleted from my gallery. Every time I try to install it again the installation bar keeps loading but no download occurs. I managed to download it once however it disappeared from the gallery just minutes after before I could get a reading. I have restarted my phone and watch to no avail. I have never had any issues with my Sense or the ECG app before this, please help!

Hello @ecampbell Welcome to the community!

Thanks for letting me know about the situation regarding the ECG in your Sense and for the steps followed too. My best recommendation would be to forget your Sense device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pair it once again. You can find information on how to sync your device in this article. Once you have done this, try to install ECG.
