Didn't wear my sense for a few days as strap sometimes gives me a rash. Battery has died. Followed some of the advice off here. Battery still at zero. Have had only a few months. Shall I take back to store

Hi @Adrienne64 - first check the 4 contact holes on the back of the watch are clean and the cable is ok. See instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi oh my goodness thank you for the heads up. Reading other posts were of such help. I see one of the 4 pins has disappeared. Will contact Fitbit.
