Sense stops and reboots when swipe down to read msgs

Every time I swipe down to read my messages/notifications my Sense shuts off and reboots. I cannot even get in to clear them out. I noticed another member had this problem last year but I don't see where there was a resolution. I've only had this watch 5 1/2 months. Anyone else have this problem and been able to solve?

Have you tried restarting the sense by holding the button until you see the Fitbit logo, then release and let it process. 


The other choice may be to switch off and on notifications or reset them. 

Hope you get it resolved.
