Sense battery drained

Sense battery was at 60%. Plugged in while taking a shower. When I took it back off the chargerit wouldn’t come on, only display is a battery outline & 0%. Put it back on charger. Two hours later still the same. 😭

Hi @DJDCB46 - it may have suffered water damaged, especially if it gets hot on the charger and if so stop immediately.

 

The 4 watch contact holes need regular cleaning and the charge cable needs to be working, see details in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
