I've had this over a year now with no issues. Starting about a week ago my battery drains within a day or 2 of fully charging. What's the deal?

Try a watch shutdown, then restart on the charger.
On Android App problems are cured by a clear cache and force stop of the App.
It wouldn't hurt to try another clock face in case it's got a bug if the problem remains.
If it turns out to be a watch problem it's still under warranty and can be replaced.
