Sense battery draining quickly

My third Fitbit Sense watch died in less than 3 years!  I am extremely disappointed in the device, to say the least.  What life span have others experienced with the Sense watch?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Sense and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.

Your response is grossly in error.  FYI, I contacted Support because my Sense Watch will not charge, even after following all of the instructions to clean with alcohol/dry with soft cloth, etc.  I tried in 2 different chargers, 3 different adapters, 3 different electrical outlets.  Support Agent confirmed watch is basically dead.This is my third Sense device in approximately 3 years.  I have every right to ask the FitBit Community for feedback on device life experienced by others.   I am seriously considering purchasing a competitor's device.
