I bought a brand new Sense less than a month ago. For the first 2 weeks, the battery lasted 4-5 days before it needed a charge. Now, it's less than 2 days to go from 100% battery to 0%. I haven't changed anything about the apps, clock face, or my usage. I even deleted apps I don't use. To head off any questions, I do not have the SpO2 clock face. I don't have an inordinate amount of notifications. Clock face is set to dim. As I mentioned, I have not changed anything about my Sense since I've owned it, but the battery is just now becoming very problematic.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get a firmware update? It brings with it the SpO2 Tracker app which is the same as using the SpO2 clock face and reduces the charge available by about 2 days.
For starters try restarting the watch, try a different clock face and remove the SPO2 tracker app, but then you won't get that information anymore.
Its unlikely that a battery will retain 50% less charge after only 2 weeks so something else must have changed - you should expect 4.5 days with the SpO2 tracker app loaded [instead of the 6+ days without it].

Best AnswerHi,
This morning my 3 month old Sense dropped to 82% charge in about an hour. Last night it dropped from 82% to totally flat overnight. It appears that the battery is not working as designed. Does anyone have any suggestions or having the same issue? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Best AnswerI am having exactly the same issue. 100% charge to 0% in a few hours. Worked fine for 6 months and now this issue.

There's a known iOS Fitbit App problem, so probably not a watch problem.
Have a look at these posts it may apply and can help in the mean time.

Best AnswerHi all,
Since updating the firmware to version 44.128.4.17 my battery has been behaving normally. The firmware can checked via the Fitbit app. Simply go to Account, Help and Support and Check for Sense update. Hope this helps fix the issue for others also.

Best AnswerHi all,
I also did a factory reset to get mine working well again. Have you tried that? If you have the latest firmware and app updates there aren’t too many other options other than turning Bluetooth off on your phone. To my way of thinking that’s very unhelpful. In my case I have a number of other things that use Bluetooth and I am not prepared to turn off Bluetooth for my Sense.
Best AnswerFixed mine. I removed the app from my I-phone. Charged the sense to 100% then reinstalled the app and re connected. That seemed to work. Before my battery was losing about 1% every 15 minutes. Its been back up for about an hour and still shows 100%
